TWS Build Taiwan’s first “Smart City Dynamic Image AI Platform” using a hybrid cloud architecture. Through flexible scheduling of cloud resources, combined with 5G transmission, drones, real-time images and AI recognition technologies, image analysis can be performed quickly to support municipal decision-making in real time. AI identification training is carried out with TWCC, AI inference is carried out in the computer room of the municipal government, and aerial images sent back by drones with 5G are used to help identify the flow of people at important intersections, scenic spots and epidemic prevention applications in public places.
With a recognition accuracy rate as high as 98%, gradually assist the Tainan City Government in building an Intelligent Operation Center (IOC, Intelligent of Operation Center) and realize digital governance. With a hybrid cloud architecture, the public cloud is used for AI training, and the local terminal is used for AI inference, which improves the efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm and dramatically reduces the vast resources and costs of system development.
The technology of real-time imagery, AI and 5G, assists municipal decision-making and optimizes urban planning. The technology can also be implemented in multi-image applications such as store retail and intelligent tourism.
